Well my hair is exactly like yours and I have just got it cut,

I think you shopuld get it 2 inches past your shoulder and get you bangs in 1 layer and then ask for 4 long layers it looks amaizing,

i think you should get layers because they always look better :) if u want a straight cut then just get the shorter layer cut ok try it . it will look cute
