Why exactly are you worried? You look fine! Your not fat or anything so i dont get why you asked this. But if you insist on looking like her you could try some squats...they reallt tighten up your thighs!

Every other day hold weights in your hands as you do squats, very slowly! Then if you have a gym membership go on the bike at high intensity for 15 mins then the eliptical for 15 at a high intensity switching back and forth between going forwards and backwards and then go on the treadmill for 15 mins at maximum incline. Shock your body and you will get results quickly, also drink whey protein shakes and don't eat carbs past lunch. Good luck!

ANYWAYS!
i dont squats and my butt and thighs are getting a little smaller, theyu will get musles first then gradually shrink.. go for a run which will really work your legs.. i go for 45 min once a week (you could go more but im pretty busy and dont have much time for running so i do smaller excersises everyday)
random excersises:
squats, lunges, lay on your back and kick one foot forward at a time and touch your heel to the floor lightly then repeat 20 times for 3 reps.(should be a bycycle motion)
